ICEBREAKER - Monday, September 23, 2019

An opening reception will be held free of charge for all registered attendees at the end of the first day of the workshop. 

VISIT OF AIRBUS FACILITIES - Tuesday, September 24, 2019

A tour of the Airbus Assembly Line will be organized for RFI 2019 attendees and their guests in the afternoon of the second day. No technical sessions will be held at that time. Tickets are free of charge, but need to be reserved in advance. In addition, each visitor must provide full name (including maiden and married names, if applicable), date and place of birth, and nationality to jean-luc.issler@cnes.fr by September 6, and present passport during security checks before the visit. No persons younger than 18 years old allowed. A visit to the Aeroscopia museum, devoted to the history of aviation, will also be included. Bus service will be offered, departing from the conference venue at 13:30, and returning to the same place at 18:00.

CONFERENCE DINNER - Wednesday, September 25, 2019

A dinner cruise will be offered along the Garonne river, with buffet food and drinks included, between 20:00 and 22:30. Each registered attendee can purchase two tickets (for self and one guest) at the time of registration payment.
