General information

• Registration will be open from June 18 to September 8, 2019.
• At least one author per paper is required to register by August 15, 2019.
• The registration fee will cover:

• participation in the technical sessions;
• coffee breaks and lunch on conference days;
• icebreaker reception.

Registration fees

 (*) Registrants must be current members for 2019 and provide their membership information.

(**) Registrants must be full time students and provide proof of status in the form of a letter from their academic advisor.

Refund policy 

A full refund, minus a €50 processing fee, will be given, provided that the request is made by August 15, 2019. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date.
